 ¡¡¡¡'FAMOUS'
series of window cooling type air drier are produced with hi-tech,
based on the traditional technology. These new types are manufactured
strictly by ISO 9001 system and requirements, and their air processing
technology meets all the standard and requirements of international
organization ISO criterion (8573.1).
¡¡¡¡It's been approved that air dry is a necessity for all industrial
producing environment. Air contains oil, dust and vapor in its natural
status. While it's compressed, it will cause harm ness potentially.
Normally, effective filters are used to eliminate some impurities
like oil or dust, but the gaseous water is left and it flows with
the compressed air towards the lower reaches of the compressed air
system. Thus, the system will be corroded, dregs are aggraded in
the pipe and controlling sections and cause the products polluted.
Finally, huge cost of maintenance will have to be spent on the equipment,
therefore, the production cost added, and profits going down.

Based on the theory of air cooling and drying, 'FAMOUS' series of
window cooling type air drier work on the following procedure: water
is extracted from the air by using some cooling equipment at a certain
temperature, gaseous and liquid statuses are separated out by filters,
then the liquid is excluded from the auto-drain equipment, thus
the air is dried.
Intelligent supervisory system panel: equipped with multi-angle
protecting system, hi-sensitively supervise the functions of the
drier. Omni-functioned operation system is applied to maintain the
stability.
